Customer Service Coordinator

You would be responsible for helping patients obtain medical supplies in a timely matter. You will also be working closely with insurance organizations in gathering information for these patients. You will be contacting providers to schedule deliveries, order supplies and follow up to make sure patients are being treated with the highest level of customer service.
This position can be highly stressful. You will be working with individuals that have immediate needs. This position is also very rewarding and can provide you a good paying job. The organization supports their employees and wants to see them become successful in their position.
This position is Monday through Friday. 10: 00 AM to 7: 00 PM
Starting wage is $12.00/hour with an increase to $13.00 once your trial/probation training is completed along with your performance.
Potential for another raise after 1 year – also based on performance.
