Candidates must have experience leading a team of engineers that are responsible for multiple installations of excitation controls upgrades at various sites.  Candidates must understand and have the ability to implement electrical drawings, connection drawings, interconnection drawings, and schematics.  Candidates must be familiar with various types of steam, gas, diesel, and hydro generator controls.  This position requires 50% travel throughout the US.  Industrial or power generation experience is required.  The candidate must have an Engineering Degree or 10+ years experience related to engineering, field service, engineering management, or direct excitation experience.
