Our client located in Cedar Falls is looking to add an Insides Sales Person to their team!

This is a full-time, direct hire position and the ideal candidate would have some prior sales experience to bring with them to the position. Duties would include:

·         Compiles lists of prospective customers for sales leads.

·         Helps gather, analyze and compare competitor data and pricing to that of our client.

·         Makes outbound follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to either qualify leads or determine need for our client' s products and services.

·         Handles inbound sales calls and generates sales.

·         Coordinates customer training and provides product demonstrations to customers by presenting established and effective sales training methods, techniques and ideas.  

·         Assists in developing new training as needed with the introduction of new products or services.

·         Builds and maintains customer relationships.

·         Prepares weekly activity reports outlining sales, quotes, and other pertinent information.

·         Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.

·         Emphasizes features and benefits, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for all orders received.

·         Edits purchase orders received. 

·         Follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.

·         Reviews orders for ideas to expand products and services.

·         Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of our client' s  production and delivery schedules and information received from the scheduler.

·         Informs customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any additional information needed.
