Our client 30 minutes from the Cedar Valley is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Assistant.
This position will work alongside the current Human Resources team to assist in developing and executing internal marketing and communications for current employees and recruiting needs. Daily duties include setting up general administrative duties for the Senior and Executive Leadership teams, setting up company meetings and organizing employee engagement events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to help develop a new area at a growing business!
Previous Marketing experience desired, must be proficient in excel and other computer applications, and have excellent customer service skills.
Hours are Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week with a flexible and negotiable start and end time each day.
Alex brought along a wealth of experience and knowledge when she joined the CNE Team in January of 2019. Prior to working at City & National Employment, Alex held a Human Resources Internship in which she assisted in hiring over 200 people during her time within the company. She is worked alongside other Human Resources professionals in performing recruiting tasks to fill positions, organized hiring events and career fair booths as well as conducting employee orientation and exit interview tasks. Alex now uses all of this prior experience in her current role as CNE’s Staffing Associate working to fill jobs throughout the Cedar Valley and assist candidates in finding their next career.
